Diamond Growing Process

The mixture is then placed in a cell and safely secured in the HPHT machine.
HPHT method recreates the actual geological conditions that occur 150 km deep in the Earth's mantle. The conditions are a unique and powerful combination of extreme pressure (up to 60,000 atmospheres) and very high temperature (up to 2,500°C). These replicate the natural conditions for diamond formation deep below the surface of the Earth. During this stage the given carbon mixture will be transformed and grown into a real diamond of a required size.

Depending on the special conditioning, the diamond will have one of three colours: green, yellow or red.
