Our Heart In Diamond representative will facilitate your order and work together to help you with the process. You can choose to place your order by requesting a no charge order pack or you can contact us to discuss the process and arrange your order requirements.

It is very important to us to ensure that you are kept updated at all times during the process. Your unique Heart In Diamond order ID number will allow full traceability from the moment you place your order. We also provide regular status updates each time the process changes throughout the production process to ensure that you are kept updated at all times.
