  3. We analyse the ashes of your loved one and extract pure carbon from the sample.
  4. The carbon is added to a diamond growing foundation, out of which a crystalline matrix grows.
  5. An HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature) machine is used to recreate the diamond growing conditions which occur deep within the Earth’s crust. 
  6. After 70-120 days of being inside the HPHT machine, the ashes are transformed into a genuine rough diamond.
  7. Our specialists cut and polish your diamond according to industry standards and your requests.
  8. Your unique diamond goes through a strict quality control and grading process. An Authenticity Certificate is created, containing all the details about your diamond.
  9. The diamond is placed within your chosen jewellery setting and is delivered to your door.

How much ashes do you need to make jewellery?

You need 100g of cremains for ashes jewelry in the UK. As ashes generally weigh around 3.5% of a person’s original body weight, most people have more than enough cremated remains to turn into jewellery.

However, if your loved one’s ashes are being shared between several people or you want to turn pet ashes into diamonds, you might find that you fall short of the 100g needed.
