Everything we do at Heart In Diamond is personal, and only personal. Our service reflects just that.
My first experience with Heart in Diamond was after the tragic loss of my husband due to a short illness.
The next steps were very hard for me, I knew I wanted a diamond created in memory of my husband.
But the hardest part of all was to make the first telephone call to find out about the process.
I joined Heart In Diamond 9 years ago after having a beautiful white diamond created and I now share my compassion and an understanding with bereaved families like myself.
I can offer hope and inspiration to others and I also have the opportunity to share my love and kindness with those who have experienced the loss of a loved one.
My uniqueness of being a client before I joined the company offers a lot of understanding of how difficult it is to pick up the phone to make an inquiry.
